About The Role
With an established SAP Application Management Service (AMS) offering, COSOL provides comprehensive support and management of SAP systems for multiple clients, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and alignment with business needs. COSOL has ambitious plans to grow significantly in the AMS space, expanding its services to support both SAP Private Cloud Edition (PCE) and Public Cloud clients. What You’ll Do
As the SAP AMS Manager, you will lead a single, high-performing team of SAP functional and technical consultants responsible for managing the AMS needs of multiple clients . This includes overseeing incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements. You will coordinate service delivery to ensure that priorities across all clients are balanced effectively, leveraging ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

  1. You will focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through continuous engagement and improvement, including daily team alignment, weekly client touchpoints, and formal monthly and quarterly reviews.
  2. In addition to operational responsibilities, you will actively participate in business development activities to expand COSOL’s AMS business, identifying growth opportunities and supporting proposals for new and existing clients.
  3. Your role will also involve driving COSOL’s growth in servicing SAP PCE and Public Cloud clients, ensuring the AMS team can adapt to meet evolving demands.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP application support or service delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  3. Expertise in SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, BASIS) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  4. Proven track record managing SLA-driven service delivery and minor enhancements for multiple clients.
  5. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
