Talent Logic specialise in recruiting service and sales specialists primarily for the HVAC&R industry. Our clients include local, international and global manufacturers.
On behalf of a global air conditioning brand, we are currently recruiting a Service Manager for the state of Melbourne.
You will oversee a service function that is well supported by way of leadership and process. You will manage a service team that is responsible for warranty service and repair work across a range of commercial clients. Other responsibilities include actioning spare part requests, reporting on job outcomes, and ensuring warranty work is delivered in a timely and diligent manner.
We are seeking an individual that is trade qualified, has experience in an HVAC service capacity, can work autonomously, has managed a team of service technicians, and is comfortable taking a hands-on approach to overseeing service calls. Our client operates to the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction, hence it is imperative that you share the same values and work ethic.
