Our client is a boutique financial planning practice located in the Brisbane CBD who is looking for a full-time Client Service Officer to assist their successful financial planning team.
This business prides itself on ensuring their clients enjoy all that life has to offer without having to worry about the future as well as providing a great culture for all staff to enjoy.
Their goal is to provide their clients with optimum outcomes in areas such as risk, superannuation, wealth creation, and retirement planning to achieve their financial planning dreams.
The Role
Your focus is providing implementation and administrative support to the financial planning team. This is a senior role in the business and this will come with all the normal Client Service duties along with extended knowledge of the industry. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Implementation of advice
- Fact finding and validation of clients
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Processing and administration of applications
- Client database management
- Administrative support and general office duties
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience as a Client Service Officer within the financial planning industry and have worked as part of a team.
You will also need the following experience:
- 2-5 years experience working as a Client Service Officer within the Financial Planning industry
- RG146 qualification and/or a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
- Xplan software experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office suite experience
