More about you – Store Manager
Responsible for running day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer-focused, efficient, and cost-effective. As the leader for the store, you will maintain high operational and organizational standards, train and coach team members, and create a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively
- Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items
- Hire, train, develop, and oversee new staff
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Drive customer service excellence, dealing with queries and complaints professionally
The successful applicants will also have:
- Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
