What You\’ll Do
As our CFO, you’ll be at the helm of financial strategy, guiding our business and investments to peak performance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Crafting and executing innovative capital-raising strategies to fuel business growth.
2. Managing relationships with shareholders , investors , and financial institutions.
3. Navigating bank funding options and securing optimal financing structures.
4. Overseeing and providing insight across various private equity investments .
5. Collaborating closely with the operational team to align financial and business strategies.
6. Leading financial modelling , profitability analysis , and driving informed decision-making.
7. Developing and monitoring KPIs , ensuring a performance and bonus-driven culture.
8. Managing day-to-day deliverables of the finance team , offering mentorship and guidance.
9. Coordinating mergers and acquisitions while understanding the unique challenges of entrepreneurial growth.
10. Work closely with the CEO and COO to identify and assess opportunities , implement efficient and effective strategies, and drive the execution of the business vision in alignment with the founder/CEO.

2. Proven expertise in capital raising , private equity , and managing investor portfolios.

5. A strong grasp of mergers and acquisitions and how to integrate them seamlessly.
6. A leadership style that boosts collaboration and drives performance.
