Technology Strategy, Engagement & Architecture Manager
The Technology Strategy, Engagement and Architecture Manager will provide specialist expertise to build a holistic view of the organisation\’s strategy, processes, information, and applications, ensuring that the business and technology function are in alignment.
The role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assist with projects and programs, co-ordinate the architecture, design, implementation and BAU transition of solutions, and ensure consistency and compliance with relevant architectural principles, policies, patterns and standards.
About you
- Tertiary degree in Information Technology
- Industry recognised certifications such as TOGAF 9.1, Prince 2 or similar
- Strong technical knowledge in project management fundamentals and experience managing large and complex implementations or integrations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving and influencing skills
- Technology solution research and design experience and ability to expertly apply industry frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong ability to initiate and influence the outcomes of enterprise and solution architecture development within a high change business environment.
- Understanding of information system and architecture management approaches with the ability to formulate, implement and manage principles, standards, guidelines, systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of software development methodologies (e.g., SDLC, Agile, DevOps).
- Strong technical knowledge of a range of project approaches and methodologies e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile
- Excellent people management experience with the ability to lead project teams and/or programs.
- Experience in working within an outsourced technology environment with vendors delivering to an outcome-based model.
- Proven technology knowledge of business analysis/business architecture.
- C Class Driver\’s License
