CELOTTI WORKFORCE is on the lookout for a Transport Supervisor to oversee fleet operations and drive performance excellence for our leading transport client based in Perth WA. This exciting opportunity combines traditional logistics expertise with cutting-edge electric vehicle fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising driver schedules and routes while ensuring compliance with fatigue management regulations
- Overseeing fleet performance and maintenance scheduling for their advanced EV truck fleet
- Utilising TMS systems to maximise operational efficiency and tracking
- Ensuring compliance with national line haul agreements and safety protocols
- Leading and developing your team while maintaining strong relationships with drivers and stakeholders
- Troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing solutions
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in transport supervision or demonstrated success in a team leader role ready to step up
- Strong understanding of TMS systems and digital fleet management tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of fatigue management and national line haul agreements
- Excellent people management skills with a proactive approach to team development
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with emerging EV technology
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
