The successful applicant will have proven experience and thorough knowledge of the used car department and be highly operational, hands-on, lead by example, with a high level of energy to work with our team of automotive professionals.
You will be required to demonstrate thorough knowledge of the sales process, excellent negotiation skills, effective communication, and have a genuine determination to exceed the expectations of all your staff and customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Staff Performance and Team Culture
- Customer Experience
- Complete Inventory Management (Retail and Wholesale stock)
- Lead Generation and Management
- Achieving Sales Department Targets / Budget
- Oversee Reconditioning Process
