Responsibilities:
- Manage the office business development plans and create strategies of working with best local employers.
- Work with the team to ensure all job vacancies have suitable candidates.
- Coach and lead the team on how to screen candidates quickly and efficiently.
- Provide support to the Branch Manager and oversee the daily operations on the branch.
- You will run employment sessions with other branches and provide more opportunities for our job seekers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Work well independently and in a team setting.
