Responsibilities:

• Manage the office business development plans and create strategies of working with best local employers.
• Work with the team to ensure all job vacancies have suitable candidates.
• Coach and lead the team on how to screen candidates quickly and efficiently.
• Provide support to the Branch Manager and oversee the daily operations on the branch.
• You will run employment sessions with other branches and provide more opportunities for our job seekers.

About you:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Work well independently and in a team setting.
