About the Role:
As the Park Coomera Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the venue including a bowling alley, restaurant, mini golf, and arcade machines with a strong focus on your local community, actively promoting the venue in your local area, liaising with local businesses, community, and sporting groups. You will be a team player with bucketloads of positivity to drive your venue to success, taking guest experience to the next level!
About you:
- Skill in effectively managing the financial and physical resources associated with the Centre\’s operation.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Must have the knowledge and ability to supervise and train personnel in various phases of the bowling centre programs. Knowledge to prepare and maintain records and reports as required.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures across F&B areas.
- Minimum 5 years\‘ experience with hands-on management of the day-to-day operations of a multi-faceted business.
- Strong knowledge of general retail, hospitality, and catering operations.
- Strong financial understanding in controlling wages, operation costs, stock levels, and KPI.
- Must be able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
- Must be a “people person” and be able to professionally deal with different personalities, both internal and external, with a goal for encouraging personal development within the team.
- Able to proactively motivate and encourage your A-Team to drive sales and take guest experience to the next level!
- Reliable work ethic with exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive approach with strong time management and prioritizing skills.
- Flexible availability for shifts during the day, night, and weekends.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
