Helix Hydro Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven WA Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will lead our sales strategy and execution across Western Australia, driving growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Manage existing customers\‘ requirements, providing timely responses to enquiries
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospects
- Ability to travel, with occasional trips interstate
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, delivering outstanding customer service
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales plans accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to support integrated sales initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the senior leadership team
What we\’re looking for
- Significant experience (8+ years) in a sales management role, ideally within the sales industry
- Technical aptitude, ideally with an understanding of pumping and filtration with water
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to operate autonomously in a target-driven environment
