We are now searching for a Zone Dealer Sales Manager – Vic & Tas, to join our team.
The Zone Dealer Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the achievement of Zone monthly and annual sales and ratio targets, as well as being the primary channel for the sales and marketing function relating to the Dealer network.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing business plans, advertising campaigns, and promotional strategies to improve Dealer performance
- Monitoring the achievement of performance targets, together with Dealers and the National Dealer Sales Manager
- Developing zone forecasts for sales, based on available information, and in line with head office targets
- Successfully implementing retail sales incentive campaigns defined by target responses.
- Ensuring that all dealer personnel are fully trained and using the correct tools in accordance with vehicle specifications
- Completing Annual Dealer Evaluations in conjunction with the National Dealer Sales Manager
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in the truck sales industry – preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing related discipline – preferred
- Flexibility to travel interstate for dealer visits
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Good time management skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to manage complex projects, prioritise resources and overcome challenges
- The ability to think strategically, creatively, analytically, and critically about complex problems and opportunities
- The ability to analyse financial information, identify areas for improvement, suggest initiatives and drive positive outcomes
