- Sizing of building needs in Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning. - Conceptualisation of projects at the energy level: heat production and air renewal. - Ensuring concepts comply with Swiss and cantonal standards (SIA, OCEN, SSIGE, etc.). - Sizing volume and spaces of the proposed HVAC solutions. - Requesting connection of various networks (SIG-CAD, etc.). - Creating plans and schematic diagrams. - Network sizing: flow calculation, pressure losses, etc. - Preparing equipment lists, technical datasheets, consulting suppliers. - Drafting calls for tenders for companies/installers. - Site supervision, cost control, etc. - Technological monitoring.
Desired skills:
- Proficient in Autocad software, Revit is an asset as well as Excel. - Able to transpose data expressed in a completely different form (calculation notes, sketches, etc.) into drawings, refer to standards and comply rigorously, understand shapes and volumes in space, and follow rigorous methodological processes. - Good ability to manage multidisciplinary projects, be flexible and adaptive. - Necessary qualities: team spirit and ability to collaborate, strong responsiveness, attention to detail, organisation, ability to delegate, good writing skills. - Strong interest and ecological values.
Your profile:
- HES/EPFL Engineer or equivalent training - SBB HVAC Draftsman/Designer or equivalent training
Desired experience: 2 to 3 years of experience.
