The Role
Manage and grow a portable UHNW / HNW book of $100–150M USD with average tickets of $1–5M
Cover international clients across the firm's core target markets
Originate new business through your network and through the firm's acquisition channels (acquisition possibilities available)
Operate as a hunter — drive client acquisition and portfolio growth in line with an entrepreneurial mandate
Partner with investment specialists, credit and wealth planning teams to deliver tailored solutions
What You'll Bring
5–10 years in private banking with mandatory Swiss private banking experience
Portable AUM of $100M–$150M USD with $1M–$5M average ticket size
Currently based in Switzerland (the role is Switzerland-based; bankers up to 2–3 months out of a bank can also be considered)
Coverage of one or more of: GCC, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Cyprus, UK, Latin America
Hunter and entrepreneurial mindset with a clear client acquisition track record
What's on Offer
Base up to CHF 300k per annum (with discussion above for exceptional candidates)
Performance bonus: 15–20% for junior bankers, 20%+ for senior bankers — calculated on revenue after allocated costs
