Emerging Markets Focus | APAC 3‑year business plan target ~USD 70–80M per year. Director — Minimum AUM USD 300–400M; 3‑year business plan target ~USD 100M per year. Managing Director (MD) — Minimum AUM USD 500M+; 3‑year business plan target USD 100M+ per year. All AUM figures refer to assets managed exclusively on behalf of HNWI and UHNWI individuals. Business plan expectations are assessed over a three‑year horizon. BOOKING CENTRES pure relationship management and senior advisory profiles. Clear track record of AUM growth, net new money generation, and revenue contribution at the required level. Candidates at Director or MD level should demonstrate leadership capability and the ability to develop and mentor junior bankers. Team leaders with an established, cohesive team of bankers are particularly welcomed — our client can structure a comprehensive team transition. Market Heads will be considered where they are actively producing and able to bring a team of performing bankers. Ability to meet the applicable regulatory and licensing requirements in the relevant booking centre or office location. COMPENSATION Our client offers a market‑competitive compensation structure designed to attract and retain the region's best private banking talent. Details are discussed in full on a confidential basis with shortlisted candidates. Base salary: competitive, commensurate with level, market, and AUM. Senior Directors command USD 200K–300K+ per annum. Bonus: fully discretionary from day one of employment; uncapped for strong performers. Revenue model: competitive revenue share model; top performers in target markets benefit from enhanced rates. Team moves: bespoke commercial structures available for teams; arrangements tailored to team size and AUM. Role
