During your training as an IT specialist in application development (m/f/d) in Bad Homburg, near Frankfurt am Main, you will work in specialized, committed and dynamic teams on sophisticated solutions for lawful interception, IT forensics, big data, artificial intelligence and modern biometric analyses for public clients. You will gain exciting insights into complex and practical projects, continuously develop your professional skills, develop your talents in a targeted manner and at the same time gain valuable practical experience for your professional future, which will open up many interesting career paths for you.

• Design and development of backend applications in the Java programming language
• Conception and development of web frontends with the technologies Typescript, React and Material UI
• Connection and use of database management systems (including PostgreSQL and OracleDB)
• Definition and implementation of application tests (unit test, integration test)
• Analysis and correction of software errors
• Creation of build pipelines for the provision of software artifacts
• Documentation of technical system documents
• Advanced technical college entrance qualification, high school diploma or at least a very good intermediate secondary school diploma
• Good math and English skills
• Good technical understanding and interest in computer science
• Initial experience with programming software applications
