Business Line Manager (m/f/d) - HP, LP, and IG Applications Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing business strategies for the assigned product lines in alignment with overall company objectives Monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of the business line, including budget management, cost control, and profit optimization Conducting market research to identify customer needs and further developing products and services accordingly Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners Leading, developing, and motivating your team Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across the organization Reporting to senior management and managing business-related projects Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards What we expect from you: An university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field Industry expertise and a deep understanding of market dynamics as well as customer- and product-specific challenges Strong product knowledge and/or the ability to quickly develop expertise in HP, LP, and IG applications Proven success in sales or business development within high-pressure and low-pressure compressor technologies or industrial gases Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive sustainable growth Excellent English communication skills for international collaboration Ideally, experience in leading teams and organizational units Strategic and results-oriented working style with a clear focus on achieving business goals Innovative, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset Strong negotiation skills and experience working with distributors and sales partners Why should you join us?
