Your Mission
You’ll own and grow our market presence from the Netherlands to Poland and from Denmark to Switzerland — working directly with strategic accounts, industrial distributors, and key decision-makers to deliver high-performance solutions they can trust.
What You’ll Do
- Turn market insights into winning sales strategies.
- Spend your time where it matters — out in the field with customers.
- Spot and develop new business opportunities.
- Build partnerships that last — from the workshop to the boardroom.
- Lead distributor growth with training, joint visits, and smart business planning.
- Showcase our tools in action through demos and tailored training.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven industrial sales success — you know how to grow a market independently.
- Technical curiosity and the ability to translate it into customer value.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and German (Czech or Polish a plus).
- Readiness for frequent travel — and a full driving license.
