We are excited to welcome a Marketing & Growth Intern to join our team in Berlin. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience across various marketing channels and processes in a dynamic tech startup environment. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our marketing initiatives, from content creation to assisting campaign management, while owning smaller projects that drive impact and help scale our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns:
Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, and paid ads).
Content Creation & Management:
Assist in creating and managing content for channels like LinkedIn, newsletters, and blog posts. Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Template & Resource Development:
Design and refine marketing and esg templates, presentations, and other resources to support internal and external communication efforts.
Social Media Management:
Help create, schedule, and analyze posts on our social channels. Monitor engagement and work on improvements based on performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing lead and other teams (e.g., Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to align on messaging and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Marketing Operations:
Experience with any marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads Manager, Ahrefs) is a plus.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Passion for Marketing:
Interest in digital marketing, brand building, and growth strategies. Previous experience in marketing (internship, freelance, or project-based) is a plus. - Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level); German proficiency is a bonus but not required. - Creativity & Attention to Detail:
Ability to develop engaging content and ensure consistency in messaging and design. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies. - Proactive & Organized:
A self-starter who takes initiative, meets deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Expertise in ESG is a plus.
Location
This role is Hybrid (2-3 days/week) based in Berlin.
Contract: 40 hours per week, 6-month minimum with the option to extend or transition to a permanent role.
