Employment Full-time Metzingen - from today Your mission & challenges As Project Manager – Neura Gym Global Roll-out, you own the end-to-end delivery of new Neura Gym locations.
From the moment a location is identified, you drive every step — lease negotiations, equipment procurement, site fit-out, IT/infrastructure setup, and go‑live handover — ensuring each gym is fully operational within 6‑months.
You will coordinate across internal teams (Real Estate, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Sales) and external partners (leasing companies, contractors, equipment suppliers) to deliver 2 gyms in Q2 2026 and scale to 5, 8, and beyond in subsequent quarters.
Drive location decisions: evaluate candidate sites within 200km commitment radius from anchor enterprise partners, coordinate due diligence, and finalize selection within the 2-month decision window.
Lead lease negotiations: work with leasing providers and legal to agree terms aligned with the NEURA SPV sale-and-lease-back model (36-month contracts).
Manage equipment orders: coordinate procurement of robots (4NE1 humanoids, Mi PA, MAi RA, MAV+, Quadruped), server/IT infrastructure, and general gym equipment against delivery timelines.
Own build & set‑up: manage the 3–4 month fit‑out phase, including contractor coordination, cell installation, access control, and readiness checks.
Maintain master project plan: track milestones, dependencies, risks, and budget across all active gym projects simultaneously.
Coordinate commercial fill‑up: align with Sales to ensure sufficient customer commitment is in place before Start of Production, supporting full booking by Gym Opening.
Establish operational handover: define readiness criteria, conduct opening checks, and hand over to Operations team at go‑live.
Report on rollout progress: provide weekly status updates to leadership, flag blockers early, and propose mitigations.
Build scalable processes: as the rollout accelerates, develop repeatable playbooks for location setup, procurement, and contractor management.
Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in capital‑intensive build‑out, facility rollout, or construction projects — ideally with multi‑site delivery.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing, fit‑out coordination, and contractor management.
Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
Familiarity with technical infrastructure (IT, servers, power/cooling requirements for data‑heavy hardware).
Exceptional organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple parallel projects across regions.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly to gym locations across EU, US, and APAC as rollout scales.
