You'll keep an eye on things like procurement, coordinating material flows, optimizing processes, and building strong relationships with suppliers. Working closely with teams from logistics, development, and sales, you actively shape what drives our company forward. Our logistics team keeps things moving: you ensure that all materials are reliably transported—from sourcing to the delivery of finished robots. Responsibilities

  • Lead a purchasing team, both functionally and disciplinarily
  • Own operational and strategic procurement within your assigned category
  • Develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop national and international suppliers
  • Lead price, contract, and commercial negotiations
  • Ensure supply availability, quality, and cost optimization
  • Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance
  • Build scalable procurement processes and KPI-based performance management
  • Support make-or-buy decisions and manage supply chain risks
  • Foster the development and growth of your team

What you bring

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
  • First or solid leadership experience
  • Experience with complex supplier structures and international sourcing markets
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with analytical and business-oriented thinking
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, automotive, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data-driven procurement controlling
  • Experience in building or scaling procurement organizations in growing companies
