Aufgaben:
- Selbstständige Steuerung von nationalen und internationalen Bahnverkehren sowie die Sicherstellung aller operativen Kunden- und Partneranforderungen
- Erster Ansprechpartner (m / w / d) für alle Fragen im Bereich Transportsteuerung und Störungsmanagement
- Durchführung von Planänderungen sowie der Weiterleitung von Informationen an die Endkunden
- Planung des Ressourceneinsatzes im Bahnverkehr sowie die Umsetzung der Zug- und Wagenfertigstellung nach betrieblichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Aktives Lösungsmanagement im Tagesbetrieb bei Verzögerungen, Stornierungen und Extraleistungen
- Weiterleitung von Informationen an alle Prozessbeteiligten
- Ansprechpartner (m / w / d) und Verbindungsstelle für alle Transportunternehmen sowie die Sicherstellung der Notfallmeldestelle bei Unfällen
Anforderungen:
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne im Bereich Transportlogistik
- Gerne Berufserfahrung als Disponent (m / w / d), aber auch Quereinsteiger (m / w / d) sind gerne gesehen
- Erfahrung innerhalb der Bahnverkehre
- Sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Durchsetzungsstärke und Stressbeständigkeit
