As our first Customer Success hire , you\’ll take full ownership of the customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success. You\’ll work hands-on with our customers and help shape the way they interact with our solution — both in the field and at a strategic level. Your work will have direct real-world impact , and you\’ll play a key role in building the foundation for how we scale Customer Success going forward.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the full customer lifecycle – all post-sales activities including onboarding, adoption, retention, and account health monitoring.
  2. Execute technical implementation – handle end-to-end setup for new customers, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
  3. Be a trusted advisor on regulatory topics – guide customers through compliance questions and help navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  4. Build strong relationships at all levels – communicate with empathy and clarity to create long-term trust.

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need

  1. Min. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; e.g., customer success, account management, or consulting.
  2. Strong Excel/data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
  3. Excellent people skills – capable of navigating conversations with field operators and senior managers.
  4. Fluent in both English and German.
