You\’ll work hands-on with our customers and help shape the way they interact with our solution — both in the field and at a strategic level. Your work will have direct real-world impact , and you\’ll play a key role in building the foundation for how we scale Customer Success going forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle – including onboarding, adoption, retention, and account health monitoring.
- Execute technical implementation – handle end-to-end setup for new customers, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
- Be a trusted advisor on regulatory topics – guide customers through compliance questions and help navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Build strong relationships at all levels – communicate with empathy and clarity to create long-term trust.

Requirements
Skills & experience you will need
- Min. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, e.g., customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Strong Excel/data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
- Excellent people skills – capable of navigating conversations with both field operators and senior managers.
- Fluent in both English and German.
