Key Responsibilities

1. Management of the hiring journey: You are responsible for every aspect of the process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
2. Development of creative recruitment strategies: You design and implement exciting recruitment plans to draw in the best talent, with a focus on strengthening our employer brand and exploring a variety of diverse sourcing channels.
3. Expansion of your impact beyond talent acquisition: As our first HR professional, you expand your responsibilities from talent acquisition to wider HR initiatives, such as compensation, employee benefits, company retreats, performance management, and cultural topics.

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need

1. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
2. Proven success in dynamic, high-growth environments; e.g. startup, consulting or other.
3. Exceptional communication and listening skills.
4. Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities at once.
5. Fluent in both English and German.
