As a Solution Consultant , you will be the expert in our HR software, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Consulting teams. Your mission is to analyze the processes of prospects, identify their needs, and translate these into our software solutions.
YOUR TASKS SCOPE:
- You will be the point of contact for technical and functional inquiries and develop innovative solutions to address the complex challenges of our prospects and customers.
- As a trusted advisor , you will support the sales process and build a strong, trusting relationship with prospects and customers.
- You will conduct high-quality workshops , including software presentations and analyses (virtual and on-site). You will present tailored solutions rather than just demonstrating features.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the local market and collaborate closely with the Product Management team to continuously enhance our solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs/RFIs and provide consultation during proposal processes.
- Contribute to team success by leveraging your expertise and introducing creative ideas.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Experience with ATOSS as a user or key user.
- A strong interest in topics like digitalization, software, or process optimization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English.
- High service orientation and a structured approach to work.
- A successfully completed degree or vocational training in an IT-related field.
- Willingness to travel (2–3 days per week).
