The Role

As part of our expanding HR team, you will develop innovative compensation models, manage benefit programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee satisfaction and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement a competitive compensation philosophy, including salary structures, pay grades, and equity plans.
  2. Lead executive compensation programs, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
  3. Manage merit increase and variable pay processes aligned with performance.
  4. Benchmark pay practices to maintain market relevance.
  5. Develop and oversee Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs.
  6. Manage global health, wellness, and ancillary benefits programs.
  7. Review benefits to meet employee needs and oversee vendor partnerships.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  9. Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights to leadership.

Key Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including equity and executive compensation.
  3. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS and Excel.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  6. Certifications like CCP, GRP, or PHR/SPHR are a plus.
