Overview
In this IT Consultant role, you will implement ATOSS software and weave it into clients’ environments to meet their technical needs. You’ll translate requirements into concrete integration and configuration work, collaborating closely with customers. You’ll tackle a variety of projects across industries, from SMEs to large enterprises, with a focus on seamless data exchange and user-friendly interfaces. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape how organizations optimize people and performance at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead technical integration and configuration projects for ATOSS software
- Work on diverse engagements across industries and geographies
- Analyze and implement interfaces between ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite (ASES) and systems like payroll providers, ERP, and SAP
- Maintain configured interfaces within an availability framework
- Manage settings in ASES and provide technical issue consulting
- Engage in remote client meetings to support implementations
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and client support for configured interfaces
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed degree in a technical or scientific field
- Software environment experience and programming experience
- Knowledge of Groovy or Java and SAP interfaces (e.g., BAPI, flat files, web services), REST and SOAP web services, and GraphQL
- IT affinity for modern browser GUIs
- Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in advisory roles
- Deductive reasoning and ability to simplify complex requirements
- Fluency in German and very good English
