Overview
In this IT Consultant role, you support clients by implementing ATOSS software and ensuring smooth integration with their systems. You translate technical requirements into effective solutions and work closely with customers to tackle challenges. You contribute to a diverse, international project portfolio and help clients optimize time-management processes. You will train users, assist pre-sales, and operate both on-site and remotely, enabling successful deployments and customer satisfaction.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Technical integration and configuration of the time management software
- Work across diverse clients from SMEs to international corporations
- Plan, analyze requirements and implement customer projects
- Consult on technical issues and application problems
- Independent project and schedule planning within a collaborative team
- Conduct software training sessions and workshops
- Support sales in pre-sales activities
- Engage in on-site and remote client assignments
Zentrale Anforderungen
- A completed degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics)
- Experience in software environments, plus programming experience and/or solid knowledge in project management
- Experience and enthusiasm for direct customer contact, ideally in consulting
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and very good English skills
