Transformation Manager
Aufgaben
In your role as Transformation Manager, you will identify and drive business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence across AT&S. You will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into sustainable business value.
- Identify and prioritize business transformation opportunities across the organization. - Drive process improvements and target operating model development. - Lead transformation projects and programs from planning to implementation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and drive successful outcomes. - Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions. - Support change management activities and organizational adoption. - Develop business cases, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks. - Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Profil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience in business transformation, management consulting, process management, or operational excellence. - Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives. - Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and process optimization methods. - Experience working in international and matrix organizations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with executive and operational stakeholders. - Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
