As a senior leader, you will drive the successful delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives, establish program governance and organizational capabilities, and serve as a trusted advisor in a dynamic global manufacturing environment.Lead complex, high-impact programs across multiple sites and functions to achieve strategic business objectives.Translate BU strategy into executable program roadmaps in order to accelerate growth, operational excellence, and profitability.Lead and coordinate cross-functional program teams across Operations, Technology Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, and Commercial functions to ensure aligned and effective execution of strategic initiatives.Establish robust program governance, reporting frameworks, risk management processes, and escalation mechanisms to enable transparency and timely executive decision-making.Drive business and operational transformation programs that improve cost, delivery, quality, productivity, and organizational effectiveness through sustainable change management.Develop business cases, investment proposals, and portfolio recommendations by assessing market opportunities, technology trends, customer requirements, financial impacts, and resource needs.Build organizational program management capability by mentoring project and program managers, implementing best practices, and continuously improving Business Unit project and program management frameworks.Manage strategic stakeholder relationships, executive communications, customer engagements, and cross-regional alignment to secure commitment, maximize collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of critical priorities.Graduate degree in applicable area of expertise (Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Business Engineering, or related disciplines).5+ years of proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductors, substrates, advanced packaging, PCB manufacturing, or advanced electronics industries.Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional programs involving multiple sites and international teams.Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives with measurable operational and financial impact.Recognized certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP®, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management qualifications are strongly preferred.Strong leadership and influence capabilities within matrixed, multicultural organizations.A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environmentChance to actively contribute to AT&S ́ success and to create valueA structured and tailor-made onboarding program along with continual training opportunitiesModern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every dayFree parking spaces and e-charging stationsDiverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefitsAT&S is an equal opportunity employer.
