Your role:
As a Senior Sales Executive Automation, you will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships and winning new customers within defined market segments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and expanding existing customer accounts
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
- Understanding customer challenges and developing the right technical solutions
- Managing the commercial and technical aspects of the sales process
- Leading negotiations and supporting tenders
- Developing account plans and sales forecasts
- Representing ATS at customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events
- Working closely with our management, engineering and Service Delivery teams
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in technical sales / business development
- Strong background in industrial automation or electrical engineering
- Experience with areas such as SCADA/HMI, PLC, process automation, system integration or process control systems
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries
- Alternatively, strong project experience in automation combined with the motivation to move into sales
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally
