This includes ensuring the achievement of P&L, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with Operational Sales, R&D, and the Business Propagation Hub. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing business strategies for dedicated application areas, aligning with the BU strategy.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentifying emerging trends, applications, and new markets in the field of smart mobility and related infrastructure.Defining and implementing applications for Automotive, Aviation, and Security sectors.Leading the definition, analysis, and qualification of opportunities in collaboration with operational Sales.Supporting customer visits to introduce AT&S products, identifying current and future needs, and driving customer engagement and development.Initiating and managing joint development programs.Working with management and operational Sales on goals, planning, and forecasting; developing business cases and maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.Supporting strategic market communication through technology roadshows, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and campaigns.Collaborating across functions and business lines for product development and implementation of strategic initiatives.Your ProfileAt least 5 years in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, or Engineering in the automotive electronics industry, experience in semiconductor and package solutions is an advantage.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a technical field with in-depth technical or commercial knowledge.Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships.Strong leadership skills, team-oriented, and ability to motivate with excellent communication and social skills.Entrepreneurial thinking, positive attitude, accountability, decisiveness, and intercultural awareness.Strong negotiation and presentation skills, excellent command of MS Office and KPI tools.Knowledge and experience in project management.Proficiency in spoken and written English; German is a plus.Willingness to travel, 20 – 50% per year.
