Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop defect-free mechanical processes for glass core substrates with suppliers
- Lead reliability design, evaluation, and qualification of glass core substrates including TGV structure and coating configuration
- Plan reliability tests covering thermal cycling, mechanical stress, warpage, and electrical stability
- Analyze failure mechanisms such as TGV cracking, SeWaRe, and CTE-mismatch effects
- Manage cross-functional tasks and technical documentation
- Analyze experimental data and provide input to enhance product performance and improve process efficiency
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years in reliability engineering, materials reliability, or packaging/substrate technology development
- Expertise in thermo-mechanical reliability and failure mode analysis
- Familiarity with JEDEC/IPC standards; familiarity with stress simulation preferred
- Strong ownership mindset with goal-oriented execution
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
