Overview
In this role you will serve as a key OT BUILD MES specialist, ensuring reliable operation and ongoing improvement of manufacturing IT systems. You will implement, tailor, and maintain MES hardware and software, while collaborating with stakeholders to shape domain strategies and align IT solutions with business goals. You will troubleshoot complex issues, drive innovation, and promote sustainable, cost-efficient system design. This position offers international exposure and the chance to contribute to AT&S’s manufacturing excellence and digital transformation.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Engage with key users to capture business needs and goals
- Contribute to domain strategies, roadmaps and processes
- Define and document domain-specific processes, policies, and standards
- Support IT projects and domain initiatives from planning to execution
- Customize and enhance MES systems based on requirements
- Deliver technical support and train key users and stakeholders
- Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Ensure continuous improvement and cost-efficient, sustainable system design
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or comparable field
- ≥3 years of relevant MES experience
- Strong experience with MES systems and L3 integration in manufacturing
- Knowledge of Critical Manufacturing MES (certification an advantage)
- Basic understanding of TypeScript, C#, and strong T-SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
