Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling 18-month plans
- Coordinate Sales Planning across functions for a consistent outlook
- Design and maintain financial policies and internal controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead modules in TM1-based integrated planning, including MTP and budgeting
- Improve controlling tools and processes to reduce manual work
- Support strategic planning initiatives and financial transformation projects
- Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and special projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP (FICO, BW, BPC); experience or willingness to work with IBM TM1
- Strong understanding of business processes and financial planning methodologies
- Proactive, independent, solution-oriented working style
- Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization
