Senior Customer Service Representative Order Management Location: Leoben, Austria
In your role, you will lead the coordination of customer service and order management activities for assigned customers, ensuring excellent service and a smooth order-to-cash process. You will act as a key interface between customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective communication and execution.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate customer service-related topics for assigned customers
Manage customer orders, demand requests, and delivery date confirmations throughout the order-to-cash process
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of SAP master data, including customer, material, and pricing information
Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to provide timely customer support
Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
Resolve complex customer cases requiring cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
Provide relevant customer and operational insights to support customer meetings and business decisions
Your Profile
Background in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain Coordination, or a related field
Strong experience in customer-facing operations, order processing, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in project coordination, process improvement initiatives, or informal leadership responsibilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as MS Office applications
Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
