To enhance our successful Technology & Innovation Management Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate
AT&S is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a (Senior) Specialist in Innovation Portfolio Management. This is a part-time position (50%) dedicated to fostering innovation within AT&S. You will play a critical role in managing our technology and innovation portfolios, ensuring that all ideas and projects are effectively prioritized and aligned with our strategic goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage formats and platforms for innovation empowerment, conceptualize and manage local and global innovation communities.
- Setup, maintain and further develop idea management and creativity methods. Collect, prioritize, forward and follow up on implementation of the ideas on technologies, business or internal processes.
- Technology development and Innovation portfolio management process development and maintenance, including maintenance and support of portfolio management systems and tools, facilitation of reviews and monitoring of technology development portfolio.
Your Profile
- Master degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, data science or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in innovation management, technology foresight, research and development or related field, preferably in electronics industry.
- Technical communication and writing skills.
- Data analysis competences are a plus.
- Scenario building and futures thinking skills.
- Proactive team player, strong communication skills, high willingness to learn.
- Cross-functional and interdisciplinary thinking.
- Strong self-management competence; project management skills are a plus.
- Fluent in English; German or Chinese is a plus.
