Overview In this role you will oversee and optimize the MECM environment to enable reliable software, OS deployment, and patch management across the enterprise. You will secure endpoints and drive modernization of our endpoint services in a hybrid workplace. You’ll work closely with IT teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployment and compliance, leveraging Intune and other Microsoft technologies. Leistungen / Benefits structured onboarding program continual training opportunities modern company canteen free parking with e-charging stations diverse health measures wide range of employee benefits Verantwortungsbereiche Administer and optimize MECM configuration and processes Manage software deployment, OS deployment, and patch management Ensure endpoint security via client hardening, BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, and baselines Monitor client health, troubleshoot, and maintain high deployment/compliance rates Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device enrollment in hybrid environments Support Entra ID, Conditional Access, and M365 endpoint management initiatives Develop reports and dashboards to monitor compliance, inventory, and endpoint performance Contribute to modernization of endpoint management and secure hybrid workplace transition Zentrale Anforderungen Several years of IT infrastructure experience At least 5 years hands-on MECM/SCCM experience Strong knowledge of software deployment, patch management, and OSD Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and M365 endpoint management PowerShell scripting skills and automation experience Working knowledge of AD, Group Policy, SQL Server, and SSRS Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; structured and reliable work approach English language skills; high ownership and team orientation analytical thinking problem-solving team orientation MECM/SCCM Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot
