The Role
A technical, hands-on role where you will:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day general ledger, AP/AR, and preparatory bookkeeping.
- Design and configure accounting structures inside SAP S/4HANA in compliance with HGB.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage financial operations across DATEV, Moss, and new SAP modules.
- Serve as the main interface between internal finance, production units, and external tax advisors.
The Essential Requirements
- Deep expertise in German HGB accounting and financial statement preparation.
- Practical experience working with SAP ERP software.
- Accounting background within a production, manufacturing, or hardware-related domain.
- Business fluent German and English skills.
- Eligibility for German security clearance (EU/NATO citizenship or long-term residency).
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Active participation in an SAP S/4HANA migration or system rollout.
- Experience migrating legacy systems (e.g., DATEV) into SAP environments.
