Attraktion! develops and delivers media-based attractions, immersive rooms, Flying Theaters, 4D/5D cinemas, interactive shows and complex AV and show-control systems across Europe.
We are looking for three hands-on media-technology professionals who can carry out installations, supervise local teams and bring project sites to a clean technical completion.
THE ROLE You will install and supervise media-technology and AV systems at project sites across Europe. The role combines hands-on installation work, technical coordination, commissioning support, troubleshooting and documentation.
Relocation to Austria would be desirable. Extensive project-related travel within Europe is an essential part of the role.
Three positions are available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and supervise AV systems on site, including projectors, displays and LED systems, audio equipment, racks, media servers, control systems, sensors and peripherals
Coordinate local installation companies, electricians, metalworkers and other trades based on planning documents
Carry out rack building, cabling, patching, labelling, signal testing, basic network configuration, device addressing and system checks
Coordinate mounting, projector positions, loudspeakers, cable routes and serviceability from a technical perspective
Support commissioning, calibration, alignment, audio and video testing, show testing and technical handover
Manage deviations, open items, photo documentation, punch lists and daily site coordination
YOUR PROFILE
Several years of experience in AV installation, event technology, media technology, system integration or a comparable technical field
Confident handling of AV components, signal paths, cable types, racks, network basics, projectors, audio systems and media-server environments
Construction-site experience, a hands-on mentality, a clean and structured working style, safety awareness and a professional appearance
Ability to read and implement technical plans, rack layouts, cable lists, mounting plans and technical instructions
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively under time pressure
Clear communication and a solution-oriented approach
Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
Strong English skills; German is an advantage
A driving licence is an advantage
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with permanent installations in museums, theme parks, retail or brand experiences, theatres or immersive rooms
Knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Dante, DMX, Art-Net, media servers or LED systems
Electrical knowledge, network-technology certificates or relevant safety training
