Field of Work IT Start Date immediately Job Description Key Responsibilities In a modern, international environment, this position offers the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and work together as a team to drive sustainable solutions forward.

You will provide technical leadership to a team of currently eight employees and, together with them, design the global network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, telecommunications).

You will be responsible for network security with a focus on firewalls, NAC, and VPN.

You will develop forward-looking concepts, manage IT projects, and actively contribute your own ideas.

You will plan and monitor budgets.

You will ensure stable operations while simultaneously driving the further development and standardization of the infrastructure.

You consistently integrate information security requirements into all relevant areas.

You coordinate team tasks, serve as the central point of contact, and support the professional and personal development of employees.

Qualifications You have IT training (e. g., as an IT specialist) or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.

You have several years of experience in the areas of networking, telecommunications, and network security and have successfully implemented IT projects.

You keep up with current developments in the networking field and continuously expand your knowledge.

You work in a structured manner, take on responsibility, and foster a spirit of trust and collaboration within the team.

Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience.

You communicate confidently and effectively—in both German and English.
