Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Munich for a German-speaking SaaS Customer Success Manager. The role involves managing customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, building and maintaining strong relationships with champions, demoing new products and solutions, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Retention
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a SaaS company
- Fluency in English and German
