You will help connect treasury metrics to business decisions by producing clear, senior-ready analysis and partnering closely with stakeholders across finance, risk, business, and technology. You will also help strengthen day-to-day processes and controls that underpin accurate, timely treasury reporting and insights. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport treasury operational processes and controls for loan and deposit booking activities to ensure timely and accurate deliverables /li liProduce recurring and ad hoc analysis on balance sheet, liquidity, interest rate risk, and profitability for the Private Bank /li liPerform funds transfer pricing analysis and help connect impacts to product pricing and performance measurement /li liPrepare concise, senior-ready materials that clearly communicate key insights, drivers, and recommendations /li liPartner with stakeholders across finance, risk, business, and technology to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and deliver analysis on schedule /li liIdentify and support process improvement and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk /li liApply sound judgment and strong attention to detail to ensure data quality, consistency, and control discipline across deliverables /li /ul h3Required qualifications, capabilities and skills /h3 ul liExperience in an analytical role within banking or financial services (for example, treasury, finance, asset and liability management, or product control) /li liBasic understanding of treasury and banking finance concepts, including balance sheet, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and profitability metrics /li liDemonstrated ability to structure problems, analyze data, and draw clear, well-supported conclusions /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders /li liExperience working effectively in an international environment with global stakeholders across time zones /li liStrong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities with appropriate follow-through /li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills for analysis and senior-level materials /li liExperience using artificial intelligence tools to enhance analysis and automate routine tasks, applying appropriate controls and judgment /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills /h3 ul liExperience supporting Private Bank or wealth management businesses /li liFamiliarity with Python, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools /li liFluency in a language in addition to English /li /ul pJ.P.
