Know Your Customer Quality Assurance Specialist (Associate) in Genève

h3Job responsibilities: /h3 ul liTests the quality of approved KYC records against Global KYC Standards and captures results in the case management system. /li liReviews the reliability and integrity of data collected and challenges the appropriateness of assumptions and made where appropriate. /li liAnticipates challenges and initiates solutions in the QA testing process. /li liIdentifies key issues, risks and trends and performs root cause analysis; makes recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies or improvements to business processes. /li liPresents results to key stakeholders, tracks and monitors corrections to identified critical defects. /li liCollaborates with global partners to ensure consistency with the Global QA framework and governance approach. /li liConsiders regulatory requirements and best practices to implement changes to process. /li liMaintaining quality and productivity performance metrics at all times. /li /ul h3Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: /h3 ul liStrong individual contributor with some first experience in AML risk management. /li liKnowledge of Geneva and Global AML regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. /li liMust have analytical skills with the ability to assess complex client types and risk exposures. /li liExperience in banking or related industry is essential. /li liAdvanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills. /li liAbility to articulate findings/ AML risks and escalat promptly to relevant parties. /li liAbility to conduct root cause analysis and risk analysis. /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: /h3 ul liFrench language is a plus. /li /ul pJ.P.
