Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized nursing care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and assess patient care.
- Providing care across all phases—preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Coordinating care activities, conducting patient assessments, delivering education, triage, and executing nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications Include
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
- At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel nursing.
- Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and competencies.
