Voyage Execution
Manage voyages from fixture through completion. Coordinate loading and discharge operations. Monitor vessel positions and schedules. Liaise with owners, charterers, brokers and port agents. Ensure cargo movements meet contractual obligations. Charter Party Management
Review charter party terms. Ensure operational compliance with CP clauses. Assist with claims and dispute resolution. Operational Coordination
Monitor port congestion and delays. Arrange bunker supply where required. Coordinate with surveyors and inspectors. Cost Control
Approve operational expenses. Review port disbursement accounts. Identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor weather disruptions. Escalate operational issues. Ensure sanctions and trade compliance. Manage cargo and vessel risks. Coordinate contingency plans when required
