Junior Scientist Stability (Ref. 2769) Contract until 31st January 2027
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of product stability programs for commercial drug substances and drug products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements. This position combines scientific expertise with project responsibility in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage product stability programs, acting as the key contact for assigned products.
Develop and maintain stability strategies, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submission documentation.
Support product transfers across internal and external manufacturing sites, including gap analysis and data evaluation.
Provide stability expertise within cross-functional project teams, including post-approval changes.
Perform and support change control assessments, CAPA activities, and deviation investigations.
Analyze and interpret stability data, identifying trends and supporting scientific decision-making.
Support regulatory inspections and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in stability management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in stability or quality-related roles.
Strong knowledge of ICH stability guidelines and cGMP requirements.
Experience in authoring and reviewing scientific documentation and regulatory submissions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Fluent in French; additional fluency in English is desired
