You will coordinate international product flows, manage customer and logistics processes and ensure accurate and compliant execution across order management, invoicing, transportation and distribution activities. /p ul liCoordinate customer and supply activities between manufacturing sites, distribution centers, 3PL partners and customers /li liManage order processing, invoicing and the preparation of relevant shipping documentation /li liOrganize product transportation between manufacturing sites, logistics partners and customers, including import and export activities /li liCoordinate returns and rework activities with the respective supply sites /li liMonitor inventory levels and support month-end inventory reviews together with 3PL and manufacturing partners /li liMaintain customer, contract and supply-related master data and execute relevant transactions in SAP /li liCollaborate closely with global and regional Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing and Finance teams /li liSupport product allocations, redeployments, product launches and change control activities from a Supply Chain perspective /li liCoordinate with Quality functions regarding testing, product release and required documentation /li liInvestigate transportation incidents and coordinate appropriate follow-up with the relevant stakeholders /li liSupport month- and year-end activities as well as documentation requirements for financial audits /li liEnsure that logistics and distribution activities are performed in accordance with applicable quality and compliance requirements /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or a related discipline /li liAt least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry /li liFluent in English; French is a plus /li liSolid experience in logistics, distribution and international import/export processes /li liPrevious experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL providers and/or contract manufacturing organizations /li liGood knowledge of SAP and confidence working with complex systems and transactional data /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working across international and virtual teams /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
