Lunaphore is now part of the Spatial Biology Division of Bio-Techne. Lunaphore provides solutions based on a groundbreaking chip technology that can extract spatial proteomic and transcriptomic data from tumors and other tissues, transforming any assay into multiplex spatial biology with an intuitive approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and support customers in operating the setup, developing their protocol and implementing staining assays properly.
  • Attend conferences and customer meetings and present the product and its applications with a scientific and technical depth.
  • Investigate problems at customer sites and resolve them in collaboration with the Technical Support Team, Service Engineers and where needed also with the help of the Product Management and R&D teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to plan and execute pre- and post-sales support.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers via proactive and regular visits or calls.
  • Remote employees are required to travel to the Swiss site on request to deliver configured product demos for prospects.
  • This position includes frequent travelling to customer sites (40-80%).
  • Identify and keep track of all details and feedback at the customer site to the broader Marketing, Product Management and R&D teams.
  • Help defining customer requirements and applications for new products.

Required Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • You have a Master or PhD degree in Biology, Life sciences, Bioengineering, Medicine or in a related field allowing you to easily understand the product’s applications.
  • Hands-on experience in in-situ techniques including immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, in-situ hybridization or microscopy is strongly desired.
  • Experience in analyzing spatial data is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in supporting customers in a highly technical field, with demonstrated commitment to customer is highly valued.
  • You are independent, confident, and creative in running experiments in a laboratory.
  • You are a good listener, you like interacting with people and bring advice and solutions to them and demonstrate good customer service skills.
  • You can adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • You demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • You demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in oral and written English is a must. Additional language skills including German, Italian or French are highly desired.
